The Spark

AGRISTOCK was born from a simple, frustrating observation: The livestock industry was wealthy in assets but poor in data. We saw farmers struggling to get loans because they couldn't "prove" their inventory to a bank's satisfaction. We saw state-of-the-art slaughterhouses failing because their internal layout was a chaotic maze that stressed both the animals and the bottom line. We saw incredible livestock being devalued at the final stage because the person holding the knife hadn't been trained to find the premium cuts hidden within.

We realized that the industry didn't just need more cows or more shops—it needed a system.

Closing the First Gap: The Truth on the Ground

We started with the "Count." We stepped into the dust to provide a third-party eye that didn't exist. By bringing professional verification and certification to inventory, we gave the livestock a "voice" on the balance sheet. Suddenly, the banker and the farmer were speaking the same language. The gap of Trust was closed.

Building the Blueprint

As we spent more time in the field, we saw the "Efficiency Gap." Projects were being built with passion but without precision. Agristock began to draw. We designed feedlots that breathed, slaughterhouses that flowed like clockwork, and butcheries that felt like surgical suites. We stopped the waste before the first brick was even laid.

The Final Cut: Empowering the People

Finally, we looked at the hands that do the work. We saw that the gap in Skill was the most expensive one of all. We founded our Academy to turn handlers into animal-behavior experts and meat-cutters into certified artisans. We realized that when you train a person, you don't just improve a job; you secure the entire supply chain.
